From the NY State Thruway, (I-90)
Get off Thruway at exit 34, (Canastota), turn right heading north on Rt. 13. Follow Rt. 13 North across Rt.31 and continue on past Verona Beach, over Canal Bridge (amusement park on left) and into the Village of Sylvan Beach (Note: Rt. 13 North becomes Main Street). Pass "Sweets on the Beach" (soon to be "Smokeys Lakeside") on left (restaurant), at 19th Street take a left and then take your next left onto Park Avenue. The Sunshine Cottage (1813 Park Avenue) is painted yellow and is located on the right side of the street (lakefront).

From Utica and Rome
Take Route 49 West. This will turn into Route 365. Take right onto Route 31 West (aprox 22 miles from Utica). Take a right at Route 13 North. Route 13 North will lead you directly into Sylvan Beach. Upon entering the Village of Sylvan Beach, (just past Dollar General) take a left onto 19th Street and then another left onto Park Avenue. The Sunshine Cottage (1813 Park Avenue) is painted yellow and is located on the right side of the street (lakefront).

From Syracuse
Take I-81 North to exit 30 at Cicero. Follow Rt. 31 East (southern side of Oneida Lake) to Rt. 13 North. Turn left onto Rt. 13 North.
